The Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are passionate about supporting HR operations and enhancing employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator will support the HR team in delivering exceptional employee experiences and managing day-to-day HR operations. Key duties include:

• Supporting daily Human Resources operations and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration tasks.
• Coordinating employee requests and providing administrative support across various HR functions.
• Maintaining HR systems and ensuring employee information is kept up to date.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities.
• Assisting with compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Human Resources Coordinator role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related field. A passion for people and organizational support is essential for success in this position.
