About the Role

Jotun Middle East, India and Africa (MEIA) is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for Jotun Saudi Co. Ltd. This full-time management position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Managing Director. The role requires a strategic approach to HR activities, strong communication, and the ability to coach and empower others to support business growth and employee success.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As the HR Manager, you will shape the company culture and drive people strategies across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring HR practices align with Group, Regional, and local business priorities. You will lead the HR function by applying Jotun’s Leadership tools to nurture, develop, and support the team, ensuring a capable and motivated workforce.

  • Deliver high-quality, end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage all areas of HR, including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Attraction, Mobility, Diversity & Inclusion, Organizational Design, and HR management systems.
  • Oversee end-to-end mobility services for inbound and outbound employees.
  • Implement and uphold Group, Regional, and local HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure HR strategies contribute to business goals, strategy, and company culture.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and governmental requirements.
  • Lead local training initiatives and employer branding efforts.
  • Manage employee pension schemes and insurance plans.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources with a proven track record of strategic and operational leadership. Experience within an international organization is highly valued.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • International experience and/or experience within an international organization.
  • Strong HR management experience across both operational and strategic HR, with full-cycle responsibility.
  • Solid exposure to Compensation & Benefits, including salary benchmarking against market data.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to deliver results through others.
