About Intaj Logistics Solutions

Intaj Logistics Solutions, a leading logistics services company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This full-time position is critical to leading and developing the human resources function, directly supporting the company's continued growth and operational excellence.

The Role of Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations and strategic initiatives within the company. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing talent acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a productive work environment and supporting organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR operations and the HR team.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and HR strategies.
  • Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Manage performance appraisal, KPIs, training, and employee development.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and applicable regulations.
  • Oversee government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other relevant systems.
  • Monitor Saudization requirements and workforce compliance.
  • Develop organizational structures, job descriptions, grading, and salary structures.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, budgets, and workforce analytics for management.
  • Support organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, or a similar operational industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government HR platforms.
  • Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
