Human Resources Manager, Dammam

Musco Lighting is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing office in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and a deep understanding of Saudi labor laws, cultural nuances, and HR best practices. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, fostering the growth of a dynamic team, and creating a positive work environment.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will oversee comprehensive HR functions, collaborating with the corporate HR team to align local operations with global strategies. This role encompasses talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, policy development, and general HR administration to support Musco's team members in Saudi Arabia.

Talent Acquisition and Management

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent for a mix of professional and manufacturing-related positions.
• Deliver onboarding and orientation programs to accelerate new hire productivity.
• Assist in implementing employee retention strategies, including career development plans and competitive compensation packages.

Payroll, Benefits, and Regulatory Compliance

• Manage employment contracts and administer government and company-sponsored benefits, including end-of-service benefits.
• Oversee immigration and work authorization processes for sponsored foreign workers.
• Manage payroll processes, including coordination with third-party vendors as required.
• Ensure compliance with regulated reporting and manage government portals related to labor regulations.

HR Policy Development, Performance Management, and Administration

• Train managers and team members in processes supporting performance feedback and career conversations.
• Provide coaching and support to optimize performance and review disciplinary actions for fairness and consistency.
• Collaborate with the corporate HR Team to create and update HR policies aligned with local norms, legal requirements, business goals, and workforce strategies.
• Ensure policies promote fairness, inclusivity, and foster Musco's global culture.
• Provide input on compensation actions and annual merit reviews, and coordinate job changes, transfers, and employee exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, and prepare and manage the annual HR budget.
• Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to enhance belonging and team member well-being.
