About the Role

Elegaci is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing administrative efficiency, improving the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government platforms. The specialist will manage responsibilities across key operational areas, adapting to specific or combined tasks based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses three primary operational tracks, with responsibilities assigned as follows:

  1. Government Platforms & Compliance:
    • Manage and update data on official government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Mudad).
    • Document electronic employment contracts on Qiwa, issue and renew Iqamas and work permits, monitor Nitaqat localization rates, and process exit/re-entry visas.
    • Upload monthly payroll files via Mudad and address system flags or justifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Employee Lifecycle & Performance:
    • Post job openings, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and prepare formal Job Offers.
    • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, manage exit procedures, calculate end-of-service benefits, and issue final settlement clearances.
    • Track probation period evaluations (first 90–180 days) and oversee monthly/periodic performance reviews in coordination with department managers.
  3. Admin Operations & Payroll:
    • Prepare and verify monthly payroll, including leaves, deductions, and allowances, in coordination with the Finance department.
    • Draft and issue official Arabic/English letters (salary certificates, authorizations, government communications) and manage internal/external email inquiries.
    • Review and approve administrative service invoices (medical insurance, utilities, subscriptions) and coordinate timely payments with accounting.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Mudad).
  • Proficiency in managing employee lifecycle processes, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Experience with payroll processing and administrative correspondence.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires integration with various departments, including Finance and department managers, to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
