The Role of Human Resources Specialist

Chelsea Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves supporting clients in addressing people-related business challenges and achieving organizational objectives. The specialist will contribute to client success through research, analysis, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of practical people consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring responsive, professional, and high-quality support.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships by understanding their needs and offering proactive guidance on governance, consulting, and people matters.
• Manage client requests, inquiries, and service issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct investigations, analysis, and research to develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time Human Resources Specialist position is SAR 13,333 per month.
