Systemair Middle East is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to driving business development in HVAC maintenance services within the region.

The Role

This role is designed for a motivated and results-driven professional with a focus on generating new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), identifying retrofit projects, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients across the commercial and industrial sectors within the HVAC maintenance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Promote preventive and corrective maintenance solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
• Identify and develop retrofit and upgrade opportunities for existing HVAC systems.
• Conduct customer visits and site surveys to assess maintenance requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and maintenance agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end users.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with the service and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in maintenance services.
• Proven experience in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales.
• Experience identifying and developing HVAC retrofit opportunities.
• Experience conducting site surveys and preparing technical proposals.
• Strong sales and business development background.
• Previous experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience working with contracting and installation companies.
• Experience dealing with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) companies or Facility Management (FM) service providers.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an established network within the Riyadh HVAC and Facility Management (FM) market.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
