About the ICQA Researcher Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking an ICQA Researcher to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting operational excellence. The role involves conducting detailed and high-quality research into all inventory adjustments and transactions, providing critical data support to the operations team.

Core Responsibilities

The ICQA Researcher will be responsible for a range of data-focused activities, including:

• Developing processes for data collection and managing data systems.
• Ensuring data integrity with a commitment to a 0% error rate.
• Designing queries, compiling data, and generating comprehensive reports using MS Access and Excel.
• Charting and graphing data effectively for various reporting needs.
• Conducting in-depth research into defect trends to identify root causes.
• Performing necessary data collection and entry tasks.
• Engaging in data mining and problem-solving activities to support operational improvements.

Operational Support and Impact

A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the operations team. The researcher will provide essential data support for improvement initiatives and contribute to root cause investigations of operational defects. This includes developing subject matter expertise in all operations processes within the assigned site to effectively inform and guide data-driven decisions.
