Information Systems Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Information Systems Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves supporting IT strategy and operations across multiple properties, ensuring system performance, security, and compliance with established standards. The Information Systems Manager will play a key role in delivering a seamless technology experience for guests and supporting hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across properties, aligning with area, cluster, and corporate objectives in collaboration with the Area Director of Technology Services.
• Monitor, diagnose, and adjust performance on LAN and network servers, managing upgrades, directory structures, and preventive maintenance to optimize security, compliance, and system reliability.
• Identify and implement solutions for user concerns related to personal computing, software applications, and network connectivity, providing training and support.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrades of IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements, including managing shared technology resources and backup procedures.
• Assist with the execution of major system implementations, such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal operational disruption.
• Work closely with property management to ensure smooth IT operations, maintain critical site systems, and troubleshoot issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build and retain a high-performing team.
