The Information Technology Specialist Role

Esnad Alshabakah is seeking an Information Technology Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure and services, ensuring secure and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor network infrastructure.
• Configure hardware and software systems.
• Ensure secure and reliable connectivity for internal systems and aviation-related operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Document IT procedures and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions.
• Enhance network security measures.
• Support system upgrades and integrations.
• Conduct proactive monitoring and regular maintenance activities.
• Deliver responsive customer service to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong background in managing enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with IT operations in aviation, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries is considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar are beneficial.
