The Deals Practice and Infrastructure Finance Team

The Deals practice assists clients in navigating complex transactions, creating value, and managing risk throughout the deal lifecycle. This involves combining industry expertise with innovative solutions to provide strategic advice and execution support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital projects. The Infrastructure Finance team, part of PwC’s global Infrastructure and Project Finance network of over 600 professionals, advises public and private sector clients on infrastructure development and financing, supporting projects in power and utilities, renewables, social infrastructure, and transportation.

Role Overview: Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate

PwC Middle East is seeking an Infrastructure Finance Senior Associate Deals to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves working as part of a team to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. The Senior Associate will contribute to various aspects of infrastructure project finance and advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting procurement and transaction advisory mandates for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Drafting and reviewing procurement documents and schedules, including benchmarking against precedent projects.
• Preparing business cases, conducting risk analysis and quantification, and performing financial analysis of project finance structures.
• Developing financial and Excel-based models to support decision-making.
• Conducting infrastructure sector and financial market research and drafting industry papers.
• Preparing reports, memos, and client presentations, ensuring clarity and quality.
• Assisting with proposal writing and contributing to business development activities.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience
