The Deals Practice and Infrastructure Finance Team

The Deals practice at PwC assists clients with complex transactions, value creation, and risk management throughout the deal lifecycle. This involves providing strategic advice and execution support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital projects. The Infrastructure Finance team, part of PwC’s global network of over 600 professionals, advises public and private sector clients on infrastructure development and financing, covering projects in power and utilities, renewables, social infrastructure, and transportation.

Role Overview: Infrastructure Finance Senior Manager

PwC Middle East is seeking an Infrastructure Finance Senior Manager to join its Deals practice in Riyadh. This full-time role requires over 10 years of experience and involves leading advisory mandates and contributing to business development within the infrastructure sector. The Senior Manager will work as part of a team to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advisory mandates for infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, business cases, and market analysis.
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluate options for large-scale capital projects.
• Structure complex commercial contracts and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (legal, financial, technical).
• Advise on project governance, risk assessment, and project management frameworks.
• Support bid development and procurement processes, including bid evaluation.
• Provide implementation advice through design and construction phases.
• Drive business development initiatives and respond to RFPs across the region.
• Build PwC’s market profile through industry engagement, publications, and conferences.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance skills and experience.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
