Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects within the Qiddiya development.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Project Delivery is responsible for ensuring that infrastructure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards and project objectives. This position requires a strong focus on project lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of diverse infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, water, wastewater, stormwater, power, ICT, and transportation systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee design reviews, ensuring constructability, compliance, and identifying and implementing value engineering opportunities.
• Monitor project performance and resolve technical, commercial, and delivery issues as they arise.
• Ensure strict adherence to applicable regulations, standards, governance requirements, and health and safety policies.
• Manage procurement activities, contract administration, and contractor performance.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Lead project risk management, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery methodologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of design management, construction management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and major consultants/contractors.
• Professional accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2, CEng, PE, or equivalent) is preferred.
