Insurance Officer

About the Role

Tabuk Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Insurance Officer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's insurance policies and claims, ensuring compliance and efficient operations. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update all company insurance policies and related records.
• Coordinate with the Group regarding insurance policies, coverage, and requirements.
• Provide accurate information required for insurance renewals and policy arrangements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies on day-to-day insurance matters.
• Follow up on policies, certificates, endorsements, and other required documents.
• Monitor policy expiry dates and ensure continuity of coverage.
• Coordinate insurance claims from initial notification through settlement.
• Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments to collect required information.
• Maintain an updated insurance register covering policies, coverage, expiry dates, and other key information.
• Follow up on insurance premiums and coordinate with Finance/Treasury regarding payments.
• Prepare regular reports on insurance policies, claims, and outstanding matters.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of insurance-related documentation.
• Support the Treasury Manager in managing insurance-related risks and costs.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required insurance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Group insurance requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an insurance-related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and update insurance policies and records.
• Experience coordinating with various departments and external insurance providers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Tabuk Pharmaceuticals. The role involves collaboration with multiple internal departments and external insurance entities.
