J-B | جيبي is seeking an Internal Communication Senior Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to enhancing communication within the Marketing Division and across the organization, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Internal Communication Senior Officer will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that support the Marketing Division's objectives. This role focuses on ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication flows both internally within the division and externally as a liaison to other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal and external communication plans, strategies, and initiatives to support the Marketing Division's goals and objectives.
• Create engaging content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet articles, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Marketing Division to gather information, updates, and achievements for communication purposes.
• Manage the company's intranet platform, ensuring content is current, relevant, and accessible to all employees.
• Organize and coordinate internal events, meetings, and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and team building within the Marketing Division.
• Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through feedback mechanisms and analytics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a liaison between the Marketing Division and other departments, ensuring alignment of messaging and communication strategies across the organization.
• Provide support to senior management within the Marketing Division by preparing communication materials and presentations as needed.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
