About the Role

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a dedicated Inventory Controller to join its operations team in Riyadh. This full-time position plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our warehouse inventory, directly contributing to operational excellence.

Role Purpose

The Inventory Controller is responsible for the meticulous management and control of all inventory within warehouse operations. This role ensures high levels of accuracy and efficiency in stock movement and record-keeping, which is vital for supporting continuous operational requirements and minimizing discrepancies. The position involves a blend of hands-on inventory verification and systematic data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts in accordance with the warehouse inventory control plan.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Review warehouse system transactions, including receiving, put-away, picking, and adjustments.
• Ensure correct stock put-away in assigned storage locations, adhering to warehouse layout and procedures.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to correct inventory errors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support periodic full inventory counts and stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare inventory accuracy reports and highlight discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
