IT Engineer

About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on supporting IT operations across hospitality, catering, and food & beverage facilities. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring smooth and reliable technology services within the group's operations.

Role Overview

The Junior IT Engineer will provide essential technical support, manage hardware and software, assist with network configurations, and handle daily IT operational tasks. This position is critical for maintaining the technological infrastructure that supports various business units, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and operational teams.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with user accounts, system access, and IT setup for new employees.
• Support network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and basic system connectivity.
• Assist with POS and technology systems used in F&B and hospitality operations.
• Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records.
• Follow IT security, backup, and data protection procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
• Provide technical support across different locations when required.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in an IT support or engineering role.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality and F&B environment.
