About the Role

Ultimate Peaks is seeking an IT Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves the comprehensive execution of daily operations, maintenance, and training related to National Guard simulators, computers, and associated training equipment across various sites and fields.

Key Duties

The IT Specialist will be responsible for critical operational tasks that ensure the continuous functionality and readiness of all assigned equipment. This includes both routine and responsive technical work.

• Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on simulator systems and related IT equipment.
• Setting up and disassembling simulator systems as required for operations and training.
• Preparing necessary training scenarios to support National Guard operations.
• Adhering strictly to technical manuals and established safety standards in all tasks.

Core Responsibilities

Beyond technical duties, the role encompasses administrative and logistical responsibilities vital for effective equipment management and project execution.

• Managing equipment custody, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
• Handling supply operations and maintaining accurate inventory control for all components.
• Executing project plans as directed, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
• Preparing comprehensive technical reports detailing maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions.
• Performing all related administrative tasks necessary for operational support.

Work Environment and Travel

This role requires flexibility and mobility to support operations across various locations. The specialist will work within a dynamic environment supporting critical infrastructure.

• Willingness to travel and work across various field sites as required by operational demands.
