About the IT Support Role

Wasf Company for Advocacy and Legal Consulting is seeking an IT Support professional to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on providing essential technical assistance and maintaining IT operations within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and respond to user support requests in a timely manner.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Assist in network administration and basic network troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.

Required Experience
