ITSM & ISO Governance Expert

About the Role

TestCrew | Quality Engineering & Software Testing is seeking an experienced ITSM & ISO Governance Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on leading and supporting initiatives related to ISO management systems, business process management (BPM), internal and external governance, and organizational operating model improvement. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in relevant ISO standards and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves assessing current practices, identifying improvement opportunities, developing and activating governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment of policies, processes, and operational practices with organizational objectives and international standards. Specific responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 56001:2024 – Innovation Management System and ISO/IEC 42001:2023 – Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS).
• Assessing current processes against applicable ISO requirements, identifying gaps, and developing ISO-related policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving business processes, policies, procedures, and operating models, including establishing standardized approaches for process documentation and supporting the complete process lifecycle.
• Assessing and enhancing existing internal governance frameworks, developing governance policies, procedures, roles, and decision-making mechanisms, and supporting their activation.
• Assessing and improving governance mechanisms for external stakeholders, partners, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and contractual requirements.
• Assessing and improving the existing CMO governance and operating model, reviewing processes, policies, and workflows to enhance effectiveness and operational maturity.
• Supporting the development and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and governance, optimizing workflows and ensuring alignment with risk management and compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in governance and management systems. The following qualifications are essential:

• 5-10 years of experience in ITSM and ISO governance roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ISO 56001:2024 and ISO/IEC 42001:2023.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience in developing and activating governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Proficiency in process lifecycle management, including design, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.

Skills and Competencies

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to translate ISO requirements into practical business processes and effectively engage with stakeholders. Key skills include:

• Ability to assess current practices, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Skill in developing process maps, workflows, SOPs, policies, procedures, and RACI matrices.
• Capability to establish and monitor KPIs and performance measures for process effectiveness.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with business and functional stakeholders.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and operational maturity.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective governance and operational alignment.
