The Role of Joinery Estimator

Tripod Global is seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a candidate with strong technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing and fit-out projects. The primary objective is to prepare accurate, competitive, and commercially viable cost estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and cost estimates for joinery and fit-out projects.
• Calculate material, hardware, labor, production, and installation costs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project teams.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
• Support tender submissions and ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4–6 years of proven experience in joinery estimation, preferably within bespoke joinery, luxury retail, or interior fit-out sectors.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical and CAD drawings.
• Good knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant estimating or ERP software.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
