The Junior Broker Position

Land Sterling KSA is seeking a Junior Broker to join its Brokerage & Sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on supporting the residential and commercial real estate business across Saudi Arabia. The Junior Broker will assist senior brokers in sourcing, listing, and marketing real estate assets, while ensuring accurate property data and documentation are maintained.

Core Responsibilities

• Support residential and commercial sales and leasing activities.
• Assist with property viewings, inspections, client follow-ups, and transaction processes.
• Identify and qualify new landlord and tenant leads.
• Prepare and manage property listings and marketing materials.
• Support negotiations and transaction closing under the guidance of senior brokers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reports.
• Ensure compliance with REGA regulations, FAL licensing requirements, and Ejar registration.
• Collaborate with valuation, property management, and advisory teams to generate cross-referrals.
• Work towards individual listing and transaction targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate brokerage or agency; fresh graduates with strong client-facing skills may also be considered.
• KSA real estate experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to obtain a FAL Real Estate Brokerage License and complete the required REGA/SREI qualification.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Good understanding of the Saudi real estate market and transaction processes.
• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, listing portals, and MS Office.

Team Collaboration and Office Environment

The Junior Broker will be based in the Riyadh office, which serves as a growing regional hub with exposure to diverse real estate projects. This role involves close collaboration with brokerage, valuation, and advisory teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and a high standard of client service. Key daily tasks include assisting with market research, preparing basic investment summaries, coordinating property viewings, and following up with potential clients, while communicating with landlords, tenants, and investors.
