The Role

VEOLIA Water Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Junior Engineer-Proposals-EPP-KSA to join their team. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to the development of water treatment solutions and ecological transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review inquiry files to ensure complete information is available, provide direction and advice on proposal preparation, set completion targets, and follow up on activities to ensure satisfactory progress.
• Critically analyze all draft proposals regarding text, costing, commercial details, and compliance with client specifications, as well as internal and external technical and quality standards.
• Liaise with Engineering, Sales, and other departments, as well as subcontractors, vendors, and clients, to obtain the necessary input for producing optimal proposals.
• Stay informed about developments in technology, processes, and the market; share knowledge with other engineers; and contribute to overall departmental objectives.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as required, and perform any other duties related to the area of expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze technical and commercial details.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
