Junior Treasurer

About the Role

Webuild is seeking a Junior Treasurer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily treasury operations of the company, focusing on efficient cash management, accurate financial reporting, and effective banking administration. The Junior Treasurer will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and banking partners to support the organization's treasury and banking activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily cash and banking activities.
• Manage payment processing, bank account administration, and maintain relevant documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in the creation of cash flow and treasury reports.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting colleagues to ensure smooth treasury operations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing treasury-related information as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date treasury records in compliance with company policies.
• Utilize banking platforms, ERP systems, and treasury tools to support efficient treasury operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in banking or corporate finance is considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of cash management principles and basic treasury processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
