About the Role

Omrania by Egis is seeking a Junior Urban Planner to join their team in Riyadh. This permanent contract position is suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 3 years of experience in urban planning. The role involves contributing to planning strategies, land-use frameworks, and urban development guidelines, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable urban solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of urban design concepts, master plans, and planning studies.
• Support the development of reports, design statements, planning applications, and client presentations.
• Prepare graphics, diagrams, maps, and presentation materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of urban planning, master planning, and territorial development projects.
• Conduct urban analysis, benchmarking studies, site assessments, and spatial evaluations.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years of experience in urban planning, urban design, or master planning projects.
• A degree in urban planning or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates under a permanent contract. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to significant urban development projects across Saudi Arabia.
