Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with our key clients. This involves developing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective solution delivery and proactive communication. The role serves as a primary point of contact, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement account strategies and plans that support business objectives and growth.
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions that meet their expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services and solutions.
• Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, opportunities, and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing challenges to ensure strong relationships and a high-quality customer experience.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in key account management or a directly related client-facing role.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and internal collaboration to achieve business objectives.
