About the Role

Meituan is seeking a KOL Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing influencer marketing strategies within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in KOL marketing and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across overseas markets, and lead partnership negotiations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing strategies specifically for the Saudi Arabian market.
• Manage influencer campaigns across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and others.
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and communication strategies aligned with brand positioning and local market insights.
• Oversee the entire KOL campaign process, from content planning and production to publishing schedules and performance tracking.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KOL marketing campaigns using key performance metrics such as engagement and conversion rates.
• Provide data-driven optimization recommendations, conduct competitor analysis, and continuously refine influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product and other cross-functional teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand positioning and business objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer campaign management, or a related field. Experience in the Saudi Arabian market and familiarity with local social media trends are highly valued.
