About the Opportunity

Link Datacenter is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves providing advanced technical support to ensure the stability and performance of critical CRM environments.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-level technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments. The successful candidate will apply strong troubleshooting skills and production support experience to resolve complex technical issues, thereby maintaining high system availability and optimal performance for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and implement permanent solutions.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support production deployments, releases, and ongoing environment maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to address and resolve functional and technical challenges.
  • Support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and other enterprise applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support procedures.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations as required to ensure continuous service.
  • Contribute to ensuring high system availability and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Application Support or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Support.

Required Skills and Technical Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities and architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience with incident management processes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ITSM processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and CRM data troubleshooting.
  • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations is considered a plus.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, onsite position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have the ability to work effectively within this environment.
