The Role: Landscape Architect

MOBCO Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to the design, planning, coordination, and execution of landscape works for significant construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative landscape designs while ensuring strict compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop landscape concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate landscape design activities with architectural, civil, structural, and MEP teams.
• Review and approve landscape shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Ensure all landscape works comply with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, hardscape details, and landscape specifications.
• Resolve technical issues related to landscape design and site execution.
• Support value engineering initiatives and recommend cost-effective landscape solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in project coordination meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of landscape works while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in landscape design and execution for construction projects, with 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Professional registration or relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
• Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to dynamic construction projects within the region.
