This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves leading complex engineering programs from initial planning through to commissioning. Role Overview

The Lead Project Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end project engineering lifecycle. This includes overseeing all technical aspects and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires a proactive approach to project management and strong coordination skills to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within the allocated budget.
• Manage the technical scope and all engineering deliverables for assigned projects.
• Identify and reduce project risks through proactive mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth engineering execution.
• Ensure project quality through comprehensive reviews, testing, and commissioning processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and manage technical delivery.
• Experience in risk management and cross-functional team alignment.
