We are representing a well-established international law firm in Riyadh seeking to appoint a high-caliber Legal Secretary as part of its growth and commitment to developing Saudi talent.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage full diary and inbox for senior lawyers.
  • Prepare, format, and amend legal documents in Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and client correspondence.
  • Manage document control and organized filing systems.
  • Support billing processes and time recording.
  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as required.

Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a recognized law firm.
  • Fluent in Arabic with strong English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, discreet, and confident with senior stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
