About the Role

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves supporting the legal requirements of a growing fintech and payments business. The Legal Specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

The Legal Specialist will provide essential legal support across Moyasar, focusing on contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance. This position requires close interaction with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal matters effectively and identify potential risks within business arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Provide legal support to different departments within Moyasar.
• Evaluate business arrangements to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
• Support legal matters related to payment services, merchants, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulatory developments to ensure compliance.
• Assist with matters involving the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and other governmental or regulatory authorities.
• Maintain organized legal records, contracts, and corporate documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
• Support corporate governance and other legal activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in a Legal Specialist or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements.
• Good understanding of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in legal documentation.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the Legal Specialist will work within a dynamic team environment supporting the legal framework of Moyasar’s operations.
