About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the safety and well-being of guests within the pool and recreational areas, upholding IHG’s standards for guest care and safety.

Role Purpose

The Lifeguard monitors aquatic activities, responds to emergencies, and promotes a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. The role involves consistent enforcement of safety rules and regulations, along with conducting regular inspections to maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor guests in and around the pool and recreational water areas to prevent accidents.
• Enforce all safety rules and regulations consistently.
• Respond immediately and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescue and first aid procedures.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool areas and equipment.
• Educate guests about pool safety and usage guidelines.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of incidents and safety checks.
• Collaborate with recreation and security teams to ensure overall guest safety.
• Attend regular training and maintain required certifications.
