Logistics & Facilities Coordinator

About the Role

Tripod Global is seeking a Logistics & Facilities Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves coordinating daily transportation, managing fleet requirements, supporting employee deployment to project sites, and ensuring the smooth operation of factory facilities in both Riyadh and Al-Kharj.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers and coordinate daily transportation schedules to ensure timely movement of vehicles and personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day facility requirements, including maintenance, supplies, and general upkeep.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Manage daily local transportation needs and allocate vehicles based on operational requirements.
• Maintain the company fleet, monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensure all vehicle registrations, insurance, and documentation are valid and current.
• Coordinate the transportation and deployment of local employees to project sites as needed.
• Liaise with local garages, mechanics, and service providers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and external service providers to resolve daily logistics and facilities-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, transportation, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet documentation, and transportation scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic record-keeping.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Al-Kharj.
