About the Role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Logistics & Interface Officer (Asset Liaison) for its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and plays a crucial role in coordinating site logistics, asset readiness, and stakeholder alignment for major construction activities. The role is designed for an individual who can bring structure to dynamic environments, facilitate smooth coordination between delivery teams, and ensure assets transition into operations with clarity and accountability.

Role Context

Jasara, a joint venture between Aramco, Jacobs, and the Public Investment Fund, aims to be the premier Program Management Company driving sustainable development and innovation in Saudi Arabia. Operating within the civil engineering sector, Jasara supports complex programs where disciplined coordination, strong delivery practices, and long-term operational thinking are essential for project success. The Logistics & Interface Officer (Asset Liaison) will be instrumental in connecting these critical elements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan site logistics strategies for the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to prevent congestion and delays.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor deliveries to align with the master construction schedule.
  • Manage staging areas, laydown yards, and storage spaces to ensure safe, accurate, and accessible material handling.
  • Support resource mobilization by coordinating the movement of heavy equipment and site tools across construction phases.
  • Act as the liaison between the client, PMCM team, and contractors to align delivered assets with long-term operational expectations.
  • Oversee asset handover, ensuring assets are tagged, registered, and documented within client asset management systems.
  • Maintain accurate asset data and status tracking to provide a single source of truth across stakeholders.
  • Resolve interface and boundary issues between contractors, work areas, and systems to prevent operational silos and project delays.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture or Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience coordinating logistics activities on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing asset handover, including tagging and registration, and transferring manuals, warranties, and certificates into client asset management systems (*, CMMS or BIM models).
  • Familiarity with CMMS, BIM platforms, or client asset management systems for data tracking.
  • Strong knowledge of asset handover processes, tagging standards, and documentation control.
  • Experience resolving cross-functional coordination issues and managing stakeholder interfaces across clients, contractors, and PMCM teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic is considered a plus.
