The Role: Logistics Operations Specialist

Mrsool is seeking a Part-Time Logistics Operations Specialist to support daily operations in Riyadh Province, specifically in Riyadh. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth progression of orders from assignment through to final delivery or return. The position requires an organized and responsive individual capable of coordinating with drivers, merchants, and customers. Working hours are 4 hours per day, plus a 30-minute break.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on daily orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with drivers and merchants regarding order status, potential delays, and operational issues.
• Track delayed or problematic orders and ensure their resolution.
• Contact customers as needed to confirm successful delivery or arrange order returns.
• Coordinate the return of unsuccessful or cancelled orders to merchants.
• Accurately update order statuses within the system.
• Handle order assignment and reassignment when necessary.
• Communicate with drivers and operational teams via WhatsApp groups.
• Escalate unresolved or urgent cases to the appropriate team.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties to ensure correct order completion.
