The Role

Levers Motors is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of machinery and equipment. The primary objective is to ensure equipment readiness and operational efficiency, reduce breakdowns and downtime, and extend the overall operational lifespan of the company's assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise the maintenance team, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
• Track equipment failures, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure machinery and equipment readiness while minimizing downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and monitor maintenance costs.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare maintenance reports and performance indicators, and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and approved regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a maintenance management capacity.
• Proven ability to oversee equipment maintenance and lead a technical team.
