Alphadeem is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing maintenance operations to ensure the efficient functioning of facilities and equipment.

Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance activities, including the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. This role involves monitoring maintenance teams, ensuring timely resolution of faults, and maintaining compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for buildings, facilities, equipment, and technical systems within the project.
• Monitor the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans according to approved schedules and procedures.
• Oversee maintenance technicians, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring faults are addressed and resolved within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and operations and maintenance teams to ensure service continuity and efficient facility operations.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, fault records, and documentation of completed work.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, quality standards, and approved project procedures.
• Monitor maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment requirements, and coordinate their availability.
• Identify recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a maintenance supervision role.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
• Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and quality standards.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, and involves working closely with project management and operations teams to maintain facility efficiency.
