IT Sales Representative
Educational Background:
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field to effectively communicate complex solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to manage client portfolios, conduct high-level presentations, and act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.
Market Expertise: A deep understanding of the Saudi IT landscape and local business culture to drive strategic growth and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reaching out to potential corporate clients to offer our IT and networking services.
- Translating technical specifications into business value for non-technical decision-makers.
- Closing deals and managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial cold calling to contract signing.
- Dealing with Customer after sales services.
- Attend meeting with Customers along with IT experts.
- Maintain Customers Data and their services log.
