Manager Land Acquisition

About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Manager Land Acquisition to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing land acquisition plans that align with the overall Land Management strategy to support project delivery.

Role Context and Purpose

The Land Acquisition Manager will coordinate closely with client land departments, government authorities, and key stakeholders. The primary objective is to facilitate approvals and resolve land-related matters efficiently. This position also supports the drafting and review of legal documents and provides clear progress reporting to ensure timely decision-making and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the Land Management Function.
• Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including but not limited to NDAs, MOUs, and MOMs.
• Liaise with the client's land acquisition department.
• Maintain comprehensive progress reports to keep decision-makers updated on findings, including the early identification and ongoing tracking of any developments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 15 years of total professional experience is required.
• Ideally, candidates should possess 5 years of experience specifically within Railway projects.
• Demonstrated experience in handling interactions with all levels of authorities, stakeholders, and government entities.
