Manager program development and accreditation

About the Role

Team Saudi is seeking a Manager of Program Development and Accreditation to lead the development and accreditation of educational and research programs for the Saudi Olympic Academy. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on ensuring academic offerings align with the Academy's mission to promote Olympic values and excellence in sports education.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of academic and professional education programs in line with the Saudi Olympic Academy's strategic priorities and the evolving needs of the sports sector.
• Develop program frameworks and manage needs assessments and market analyses to identify educational opportunities and recommend new programs or enhancements.
• Foster a culture of academic innovation, encouraging the exploration of new methodologies, research, and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Ensure academic programs comply with national and international quality standards and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate and manage accreditation processes, including preparing documentation and working with accrediting bodies to meet local and international standards.
• Develop and implement frameworks for monitoring program effectiveness using KPIs, learner feedback, assessment outcomes, and stakeholder input.
• Analyze program performance data and prepare recommendations to improve curriculum quality, learner experience, and educational outcomes.
• Manage the integration of educational technologies into academic and professional learning programs to enhance engagement and accessibility.
• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, researchers, sports experts, and external academic partners to develop high-quality educational offerings.
• Liaise with accreditation agencies, educational institutions, professional associations, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong external relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in program development and accreditation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage program lifecycle activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in quality assurance initiatives within an educational setting.
• Proficiency in collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
