About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim Retail is seeking an experienced Manager - Supply Chain to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This regular position is based in Riyadh and requires over 10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and reducing costs across various supply chain functions.

Role Overview

The Manager - Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, stock management, and logistics projects. This role is critical for supporting business growth through effective supply chain strategies and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring proper stock availability and distribution center inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
• Lead logistics and supply chain projects across warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, and digital operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Ensure proper stock management, availability, and distribution center inventory control.
• Oversee customs compliance and maintain awareness of regulatory changes impacting supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and ensure adherence to company policies, safety, and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain teams while ensuring effective performance management and succession planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to manage warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export, and stock management.
• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing logistics projects.

Work Location

This position is a regular role based in Riyadh.
