About the Role

Premium Food Company is seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-oriented Brand Manager to join its marketing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand equity within the competitive food and beverage sector. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, communication, and execution of impactful brand initiatives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic brand plans to effectively drive brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and achieve overall growth objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, ensuring full alignment with established brand values and overarching business goals.
  • Manage brand budgets meticulously, allocating resources efficiently across various marketing channels to maximize impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate effectively with product development, sales, and other internal teams to facilitate successful new product launches and enhance existing offerings.
  • Rigorously track and measure brand performance, adapting strategies as needed based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and evolving market conditions.
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to deliver impactful brand activations and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic, including fluency in writing and speaking.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing strategy, particularly within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven, successful brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics relevant to the food and beverage sector.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines is critical.
  • Possess creative thinking capabilities and a genuine passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
