About the Marketing Business Partner Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Marketing Business Partner to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives within the healthcare industry. The role is responsible for translating commercial priorities into effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Marketing Business Partner will support various business units and service lines by developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives. This includes understanding business priorities, translating them into marketing plans, and overseeing campaign execution across multiple channels. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance to drive business outcomes and enhance brand visibility.
- Partner with business units to understand priorities, target audiences, and commercial objectives.
- Develop marketing plans, campaign briefs, and content requirements aligned with business growth.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and other channels.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.
- Support the launch of services, promotional offers, events, and other marketing activations.
- Analyze customer insights and campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and messaging guidelines.
- Support marketing efforts for events, partnerships, and community programs.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, business partnering, brand activation, or customer engagement.
- Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, digital marketing, and performance reporting.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
