About the Role

THC Consulting is collaborating with a prominent global healthcare organization to appoint a Marketing Executive in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a marketing professional with 5-10 years of experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aesthetics, or a related regulated industry. The primary objective of this role is to support local marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across the Saudi market.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of local marketing strategies. This involves close collaboration with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and regional/global marketing teams. Key areas of focus include brand and product marketing, campaign management, digital initiatives, event coordination, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of local marketing and brand strategies, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and educational initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate marketing materials, presentations, digital content, and brand communications.
• Support engagement initiatives with healthcare professionals, customers, clinics, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and monitor relevant industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and regional/global teams to execute marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for marketing campaigns and events.
• Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, track marketing KPIs, and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable local requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in brand marketing, campaign management, product launches, event coordination, and digital marketing.
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, aesthetics, life sciences, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
• Experience working in the Saudi/KSA market is preferred.
• Experience working with healthcare professionals, clinics, customers, or other healthcare stakeholders is an advantage.
• Experience working with regional or multinational organizations is highly preferred, along with exposure to regional or global marketing teams.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing activities in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with CRM, digital marketing, analytics, or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
• A proactive, creative, and commercially focused approach with a strong understanding of the healthcare market.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a multinational environment, requiring close collaboration with various internal departments including Sales, Medical, and Regulatory, as well as regional and global marketing teams. The Marketing Executive will also engage with external agencies, vendors, and partners to achieve marketing objectives.
