Overview of the Marketing Specialist Position

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves overseeing campaigns and marketing activities to ensure their alignment with the brand's goals and identity. Key contributions include developing the customer experience, monitoring digital channel performance and content, and analyzing market and competitor data to identify opportunities for improvement and development.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing operational processes and ensure the planned execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activities.
• Oversee and enhance the customer experience in branches, focusing on the customer journey, marketing communications, and advertising materials.
• Monitor brand presence across social media and communication channels, identifying feedback and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and suppliers, managing deliverables, timelines, modifications, and approvals.
• Monitor content strategy to ensure alignment with the brand's identity, personality, tone of communication, and overall direction.
• Analyze the brand's market position and image in comparison to competitors.
• Ensure consistent application of visual identity and brand guidelines across branches, the online store, products, and all digital channels.
• Contribute to product development, pricing strategies, and overall customer experience enhancements.
• Coordinate with sales management, branches, and the online store to ensure integrated customer experiences and marketing activities.
• Identify and develop marketing partnership opportunities, overseeing their implementation in line with brand objectives.
• Conduct analysis of the target market, competitors, customer needs, and marketing opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience and demonstrate the following skills:

• Proficiency in brand management, customer experience, content management, product management, and digital marketing.
• Understanding of marketing performance indicators and the ability to analyze results effectively.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills, with experience in managing marketing agencies.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and suppliers concurrently.
