About the Role

Pearl Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of extensive experience in marketing strategy and execution. The primary objective of this role is to align all marketing efforts with the company's strategic directions and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's objectives and strategic directions.
  • Manage the company's marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels, ensuring effective communication and diligent tracking of results.
  • Develop and maintain the company's marketing identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and content across all platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market studies and analyze competitors and target customers to identify suitable marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee social media account management, advertising content creation, and the production of marketing publications.
  • Prepare and execute marketing campaigns specifically designed to support the company's diverse services, including landscaping, agriculture, irrigation, operations and maintenance, and various projects.
  • Visit existing and new projects to gain an understanding of their specific marketing needs and actively promote the company's products and services to support sales and expansion opportunities.
  • Research and gather competitor pricing information, analyzing and comparing it to inform marketing and business decisions.
  • Coordinate closely with sales and business development departments to support customer acquisition efforts and enhance business opportunities.
  • Prepare essential marketing and informational materials, such as company profiles, presentations, catalogs, and advertising content.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing service providers, including design, development, advertising, and printing companies.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze results, and submit periodic reports to senior management.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal utilization and achieve the best possible return on investment.
  • Innovate and propose new marketing ideas and initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence and reputation.
  • Organize the company's participation in exhibitions, events, and marketing visits as required.
  • Monitor updates to the company's website and digital platforms in coordination with relevant internal departments.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures and uphold the company's professional image with clients and external parties.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution.
