About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that strengthen the brand, grow market share, and enhance customer engagement. You will oversee promotional campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and analyze performance to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to meet monthly and annual goals.
  • Plan and implement advertising initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials ensuring brand consistency.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  • Track campaign results and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Define target audiences and assess customer needs to refine marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and commercial goals.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans that support broader company objectives.
  • Use KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and drive improvements.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and customer expectations.
  • Work with product teams to support product positioning and development.
  • Gather and deliver customer feedback to inform future campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fragrance or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and branding.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.
  • Proficient in preparing presentations and professional reports.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
