Job Description

We are looking for a creative real estate marketing specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of sales and leasing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales and rental volume. If you have a passion for real estate and strong marketing skills, we invite you to apply.

Skills

Conditions:

* Saudi nationality.

* Presentable, polite, and good customer interaction.

* Previous experience in marketing or sales.

* High communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

* Seriousness, discipline, and commitment to work.

* Ability to achieve sales and marketing targets.

* Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.

* Proficiency in using social media for marketing purposes.

* Ability to photograph and create marketing content.

* Own a car and a valid driver's license.

* Ability to work in the field, visit clients, and hold meetings.

* English language proficiency is preferred.

Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
