We are seeking a highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused Field Marketing Specialist to expand our on-ground presence across the Saudi market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives outside the office, understands Saudi culture and customer behavior deeply, and enjoys bringing a brand to life in the real world.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Ground Marketing Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute offline marketing initiatives across Riyadh and Khobar. Distribute, install, and maintain in-store marketing materials across partner locations. Ensure all offline touchpoints are consistently aligned with Koinz brand standards.
• Activations & Events: Develop creative activation concepts tailored to Saudi audiences; lead full-cycle execution of events: planning, logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and on-site operations.
• Partner Onboarding & Training: Onboard new partner brands to the Koinz platform and train store staff on how to engage customers and activate promotions.
• Community & Relationship Building: Build trusted relationships with partners, vendors, and event organizers.
• Market Insights & Cultural Understanding: Stay current with Saudi consumer habits and cultural nuances; gather insights directly from customers.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track performance of campaigns and prepare reports; monitor KPIs such as reach and engagement.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure efforts are synchronized.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in field marketing or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable with daily field work and in-person interactions.
• Organized with strong project management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields is a plus.

Your success will be measured by your ability to enhance social engagement and drive brand consistency and campaign ROI, aligning all marketing operations with the business priorities of our dynamic F&B concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning:
  Develop an annual marketing calendar that aligns with national holidays and F&B trends, define brand positioning, and conduct competitor research.
• Social Media & Content Management:
  Manage the multi-brand presence on various platforms, schedule and publish content, and engage with the community through comments and direct messages.
• Creative Production Oversight:
  Lead creative production for photoshoots and food videography, managing outsourced partners while ensuring quality control.
• Campaign Execution:
  Launch data-driven digital campaigns and oversee participation in key events, measuring and iterating campaign effectiveness based on performance data.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
  Align campaign planning across operations, sales, and product development while serving as a project manager for internal and third-party communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in F&B, QSR, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi food market and cultural nuances.
- Proficient in social media tools and food delivery marketing.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English is required.
